How can I get a replacement key?

If you have one of the original vehicle keys, please contact your local dealer to inquire about getting a new key made. If you have misplaced all of your Textron Off Road keys, the ignition switch will need to be replaced. You can purchase a new ignition switch from you local authorized Textron Off Road dealer.


Is my vehicle warranty transferable?


No, original manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable to other owners or vehicles.

Manuals for ATVs are under the seat, and manuals for side-by-sides are in the glove box. Digital copies of Arctic Cat vehicle manuals can be found on the Arctic Cat website

I JUST PAID MY CAT'S PRIDE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL. WHAT DO I GET NOW THAT ARCTIC CAT IS PART OF TEXTRON OFF ROAD?

Cat’s Pride has not changed and is geared to the snowmobile products. You will receive a jacket, hat and pin.  


I HAVE SOME ARCTIC CAT WEARABLES AND DECALS. CAN I EXCHANGE THEM FOR TEXTRON OFF ROAD WEARABLES AND DECALS?

No.


WILL YOU STILL BE SELLING THE ARCTIC CAT MERCHANDISE?

Yes, Arctic Cat gear is available at our store.


 
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE ARCTIC CAT ONLINE STORE AND ALL THE PRODUCTS OFFERED THERE?

The online store will remain. Accessories for 2018 model year Textron Off Road Wildcat, Prowler and Alterra products are currently available on the Arctic Cat online store, but will transition to the Textron Off Road website in the next year.


WILL SPEED HIGH PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES CONTINUE TO BE OFFERED?

SPEED will be available through 2018.
